Reservations
All reservations are confirmed with full payment.
Refunds/Cancellation
Refunds attract a 15% administration fee.
In the event of cancellation 21 days prior to the date of arrival, monies paid will be refunded (less the administration fee).
In the event of cancellation 14 days prior to arrival, moneys paid will be refunded (less the administration fee) if the cottage can be let to another guest.
Damage
We regret no refunds for early departure.
The cottage Is not suitable for pets, children or for hosting events.
We appreciate accidents can easily happen and we like to be notified so we can remedy problems to ensure ongoing bookings are not inconvenienced. Guests who cause damage to property or smoke indoors will be charged accordingly.
